The products arrived in less than 2 weeks, no problems, the solar panels just a week or so later, everything that was supposed to be included was included and nicely packaged, the generator was packed well protected and when I opened it it was robust and very well made. Arrived at 30% and took about 2 hours to bring to 100% with a wall receptacle. I have really great plans for these that should allow me to live off-grid in my Class B RV with Li3 for as long as I have gas in the RV and my water supply last which if I am next to a stream could be indefinitely. I’ll try and post my off-grid design sometime in the future.

Un boxed this beast and beware it is heavy. Powered right up at 30% charge as I stumbled though the owners manual. I then proceeded to hook up the solar panels and I was trying to figure out the logic for series or parallel. Measure the solar cell at 20 volts and wired all 3 panels in series as the max input was 150vdc. A wire routing drawing would have been nice for a novice like me.
Charged to 95% in less than 2 hours using solar and wall outlet. I then tested it by running my washer for a load and it used 1% of the battery storage.
Did I say the thing was heavy! I dropped it on my toe while letting it down after transport. Great product and service I will tie into my manual transfer switch in the future for home backup!
